CTI backend is now running in AWS. If possible, we should solve the following issues before we go public.

[ ] A way to see the server logs
[ ] A means of running jobs in containers, e.g. the contributor update script.
[ ] Email sending for error messages, password resets, or notices re new orgs being added via the web form. NOTE we may want to take care of most of this some other way, e.g. automating creation of GH issues
