Update Last Page of the Tag Generator

Based on user feedback, most of our visitors are not making it to the bottom of the page to Submit their Project to the Index. Please redesign this last page to be a confirmation page that your project has been added to the Civic Tech Index and provide next steps.

• [ ] Create wireframe of confirmation page Copy: Thank you for submitting your project to the Civic Tech Index! (Make it fun :) )

  (We want the users to at least submit their tags they entered in to our database, even if they don't add their new tags to Github.)

Add two sections or cards below that to guide the user:

• [ ] How do I add my tags to my Project Repo (directs to "Where is my Project Repo page" on website)
• [ ] Add another project to the Index

Sent a message to Github support to verify if adding tags via iframe (mobile sized) is feasible for post-MVP. Will follow up with their reply.
