View the Organizations not Functioning Properly

Overview

The index contributor button does not function properly. When the index contributor is checked, the organizations that have contributed do not appear in the search and organizations that have not contributed appear.

Action Items

• [ ] Need to identify cause of noncontributing organizations appearing and contributing organizations not appearing.
• [x] Live search of GitHub repositories to identify what orgs have contributed and identify civictechindex tagged projects.

After searching GitHub for projects tagged with civictechindex (https://github.com/search?l=&p=1&q=topic%3Acivictechindex&ref=advsearch&type=Repositories) the following orgs appear:

1. OpenOakland
2. CodeforPDX
3. HackforLA
4. Code for Chapel Hill
5. Code for Tulsa
6. BetaNYC
7. Code for Buffalo

The picture below shows organizations that are not tagged but appear in the search whereas, the organizations numbered above do not.
