Overview

We need to be able to take donations on GitHub, so that people can contribute when they are in our repos

Action Items

[x] Review the GitHub sponsors documentation
[x] Identify steps (if one of the steps is getting a merchant account, make a new issue)
[x] Identify costs
[ ] Draft an implementation plan

I think I may not have the right access permissions, or I'm missing how I can assign myself to a new issue, or add to the Project Board. Will bring up during our meeting on 3/23!
