Overview

Create civic tech structure gmail account separate from hack for LA and link a google voice number.

[x] delete civictechstructureorg@gmail.com (not time sensitive)
[x] Link Google voice number to Bonnie's mobile

I think I figured out why the Google voice number kept looping - the numbers we were trying (you & your partner's mobile numbers) have already been used to create Google voice numbers in the past. Google won't let the same numbers be used - ever :/ Can you track down the accounts that used your phone numbers to set up old Google voice numbers?
