We need to review/move issues in the transfer repository so that we can start to organize the work to be done at HfLA into logical groupings

Action Items

[ ] Unhide E column in spreadsheet
[ ] Review each issue, annotating additional details in sheet
[ ] Create any necessary repos
[ ] Move the files
[ ] Delete the repository
