Fetch data from Patient.nu

Problem

Patient.nu is used by many centers in VästraGötalandsregionen. It doesn't require any authentication and there is an API that makes the times easily fetchable.

Solution

Implement patient.nu fetching.

All patient.nu centers are now fetched thanks to this integration.
