Fix #62 - curl errors with PHP7.0 #63

Need to explicitly set "GET" in CUSTOMREQUEST.

Note, I also updated the info.xml version number and date

@nganivet @sunilpawar Sorry this is still not working, you have to explicitly set the CUSTOMREQUEST to "GET" for it to work.

This still does not work - it makes it look like it does to Civi but nothing gets to sparkpost
