Specify the name of the CSV geometry column

Hi

Thanks for this very nice extension.

There may be some cases where a CSV file stores multiple geometry columns.

For instance :

• a column storing centroids, for instance geompt
• a columin storing areas, for instance geompol

Wouldn't it be nice to allow the user to specify the column that stores the geometry ?

Also, with this extension, it requires the users to always name their column _geom
