Azure staging site - Terraform deploy without an AWS account

Step of the azure work plan: The terraform currently needs an AWS account for the deployment. The AWS account was originally used for the email sending with SES. We want to create a terraform deployment where only one cloud provider is necessary, since CEs might choose other platforms to send emails.

What criteria need to be met for the issue to be finished?

• [ ] Can create the infrastructure without providing an AWS account number
• [ ] All services are created and functioning accordingly
• [ ] Environment can be replicated using the terraform
