Need to add the dudes that left during the past 5 years #11

Most probably has an impact on how to calculate the number of meps per country, group and party. I'm not sure how to do that: say on the party X, you got one seat, filled by one person for the first 3 years and by a second one the last 2. Should the radius be for 1 or for 2?

if it's 1, I have the weird effect that when I click on the link, I get two meps. if it's 2, you have a visual impression you got more meps than correct

We probably need a different kind of icon to show an mep isn't in place anymore? @Rabscuttler, got an idea?

Radius should be 1, it is only one seat.

We can have an icon for MEP is gone: http://fortawesome.github.io/Font-Awesome/icon/minus-circle/ And for joined partway through? http://fortawesome.github.io/Font-Awesome/icon/plus-circle/
