Questions about image (WMS/WMTS) server #1

(1) We want an image server, to serve our website with map tiles. Similar to arcgis.com/home/user.html?user=esri_astro.

(2) We want a feature server, to show features for certain coordinates on our map. Similar to this or this

I will give you access to my map in ArcGIS pro.

General questions:

Limits on how large each image/tile can be? Or optimal size?
Do we need to downsize the images before uploading?
How much time will it take? For example to upload files.
Where to host? Do I need to share my AWS?
Need to upgrade ArcGIS account?

For the feature server, do we need a separate setup?

The grid should be 2x2 degrees. So one of the levels should also be 2x2 degrees per tile.

For the elevation server, do we need a separate setup?

Because this file is not hosted yet, right?!

Do we need to make decisions on certain variables?

File size / Image quality?
How many levels of tiles? Would more levels mean more hosting cost?
Anything else... ?
