Enhancement description
This enhancement would allow players in the Regiment Command, Supreme Council and Nato High Command to transfer and accept transfer to it's respective/all regiments (if it's SC and NHC).
Specification
Pretty simple enhancement, basically what Staff is already able to do, but this perms would be added to SC, NHC and RC members.
