Whenever you use the strip swep on a player it takes everything from their hot bar including the handcuff and keys sweps. It doesn't however strip the taser which HC and Policing regiments use.
Steps to reproduce
Cuff a player, switch to the strip SWEP and strip the player, ask the player to scroll through their hotbar weapons, unstrip the player and try to recuff them.
