Enhancement description 40th Marine Regiment has be changed to 13th Shock Army Regiment so we need a few changes

Specification the 40th Marine regiment tab on the f4 menu needs changed to 13th Shock Army Regiment The 40th Marine door group needs renamed to 13th Shock Army Regiment 13th Shock Army Regiment needs to be set to get sharpshooter mastery

(the following is from vwar config dont know if you need it) Regiment name 13th Shock Army Regiment Regiment letters SHA Regiment ID 310881923

Missions also need to be set to go to 13th shock and not 40th
