Helicopters become randomly uncontrollable and nose-dive #49

I can't see this issue being particularly difficult to fix, but I think reproducing it is going to be the problem. Until we can get a solid repro for this I'm unsure as to how we can address it.

Looks to be a wac glitch. Like Hydro said its hard to recreate it.
