Rework 682 #244

SCP-682 is not as scary as he should be, to give him some more resilience we are giving him +10hp a second regen for the time being. We have accepted a rework for 682, but this is still in discussion

(+10hp regen can be added until rework is complete)

SCP-682 Does not have the current fear and power that we in Content Team currently wish it to have, it is meant to be nigh indestructible in roleplay behind Cl4 doors and should be something to be actually feared.

SCP-682 Should have 3 stages, based on kill count. This should uniquify the SCP and make it something people want to deal with first and foremost before it becomes too big and scary, and also gives MTF the chance to be able to contain it without 682 being too OP.

Stage 1: Breached - SCP-682 will have capped 20,000 Health, +6hp /s and a 50 damage swep (cannot roar) Stage 2: Rampage (30 kills) - SCP-682 will have capped 30,000 Health, +7hp /s and a 80 damage swep (can roar) Stage 3: Monstrous (70 kills)- SCP-682 will have capped 45,000 Health, +10hp /s and a 120 damage swep (can roar, reduced cd compared to stage 2)

Healing factors should be limited to a certain amount such as 5,000 before healing stops, this prevents 682 players from just hiding to regain a full health bar. Healing would occur after 15s or more out of combat.

Once SCP-682 reaches a new stage, he will get +hp amount that he gained during the cap, for example Stage 1>Stage 2 +10,000 HP

Visual updates would be nice, something like adding size for each time 682 goes up a stage. Speed should remain the same at every stage to keep balance.

This would be capped at player count; Stage 1: any player count Stage 2: 60 player count Stage 3: 90 player count

Sounds should be improved, much harder roars and such. Lights flicker for spooky atmosphere, panicked announcer

each time 682 goes up a stage, the announcer says something like "682 is getting dangerous, E-11 focus on recontaining before it is too late"

With these changes we imagine there would be a lot of populous to hack him out or breach him, so his breach box hack should be increased by one, and his doors should be made heavy doors so SCPs don't get inside too easily.

Along with this are some planned Breach queue reworks, in the hopes that SCP-682 would be scarier as he would less often appear. 682 will take up 2 slots in the breach queue, with some tweaks to ensure he gets a fair amount of breaches whilst still not breaching as much as 457 could considering power.

This ticket is very old and will require a respec so that we can determine what changes to implement to SCP-682.
