SCP-2295 hard caps HP to 100 #420

Description SCP-2295 hard capps people with HP above 100 when they heal them, for example, if SCP-2295 heals a CI Jug, their HP will be capped at 100

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Get someone that spawns with more than 100 HP
  2. Get injured
  3. Let SCP-2295 heal you

Expected Behavior SCP-2295 could heal up to 100, however, for example, CI jug HP is hard capped at 100 meaning he can't be healed past 100 HP

Actual Behavior SCP-2295 hard caps anyone HP to 100

Evidence Currently none

Was unable to complete this due to how it sets the HP.
