Being in the CN Steam group no longer provides the XP multiplier #718

Description The XP multiplier benefit from being in the steam group no longer provides you with the extra 0.1 bonus as it doesnt register you as being in the group in game.

Steps to Reproduce (Your goto way to recreate this bug.)

  1. Pick up scrap as a d class
  2. Take note of the multiplier and minus whatever your VIP/staff rank gives you
  3. It will be lower than expected (1.6 for XK instead of 1.7)

Expected Behaviour You should be granted an increased XP multiplier as listed in the benefits.

Actual Behaviour You receive no such benefit. I have checked this with multiple other people and they report the same. This is in addition to the already logged issue where putting "civilnetworks.net" in your name doesn't provide you with the benefits either.
