Description ID Own Team Cards have a 1 second time delay like when pulling out a normal weapon or GMSwep. Steps to Reproduce

  1. Get ID Own team card. (O5/EC)
  2. Pull it out.

Expected Behaviour The ID Card should work near the same of the spy ID Card by not having a time to pull out and be instant.

Actual Behaviour Has the timeout like Guns.
