I installed this extension on Automation1111, entered the API key in the settings and that's all. This extension doesn't show me the tab.

I need instructions on how I can use this extension out of the box.

Help me please.

Same here, i notice it download preview images when launching A1111 for anything i have manually added. Beyond that none of the other functionality appears to be present?
