Show specific error message for specific quota issues #3

Shows an error message specifying whether the volume creation would exceed the number of volumes allowed for the account quota specified, or whether it would exceed the amount of gigabytes made available.

Also fix a typo in "available".

@kaihoffman - can you update the first message to be more explicit, so it says space and is similar to the second message
