Scaling additional node pools uses initial pool costing and quota #73
Create a new cluster with any size and count (1 extra small here)
Create an additional node pool with a different node size and any count (1 and medium here)
Observe when scaling the new pool that the costs and max value of the slider (derived from quota?) are based on the initial pool created with the cluster (this pricing also appears incorrect $5 vs $4?)
Observe that scaling within your quota will complete (with incorrect billing summary) however over quota will be caught by the backend and result in an error
