Send alert threshold message before the real billing (invoice) #83

Alert threshold message not sent

I have a alert threshold of U$ 5 in place and received a billing of U$$ 26.35 and no alert threshold message.

Scenario

Given that the customer have the alert threshold set to 5 U$$ civo-alert-threshold

Expectation

After the total amount to be billed gets greater than the amount set in the alert threshold notify the customer:

at least once before the billing

This bug may be affecting several beta users from the kube100 please consider re-evaluating these invoice sent.
