[New iOS] 13.2.3 released #109

iOS 13.2.3 is released, and BY GEORGE we can actually jailbreak it right now!

@royteeuwen All devices from the iPhone 4S to the iPhone X are jailbreakable with checkra1n, and this is mentioned (see here). My pull request is just a minor bump of the latest iOS version. If you'd like to improve the wording of the comment, please feel free to do so, but in another pull request, if you wouldn't mind.
