https://jbme.qwertyoruiop.com/fb.html On this page, the title says 9.3.3, and the content says 9.3.x. If you add https://jbme.qwertyoruiop.com source to cydia, it has a tweak to jailbreak 9.3.3. The pangu page is for 9.2-9.3.3.
