Patch for /trunk/media/js/jquery.dataTables.columnFilter.js #157

In my tables, the first column contents are <a href="stuff/{id}/">{id}</a>, and 
I wanted to filter ID intervals.
Tested the code changes in my project, worked perfectly. Maybe this helps other 
developers, this library sure helped me! Thank you.
