i2p support #59

hey, question. Since this is bitcoin like and other altcoins support i2p... does this have the capability to work with i2p aswell?

As far as I can tell it doesn't have the capacity to yet but it doesn't seem impossible.

It looks like what this depends on is I2P support in Webtorrent, which is also not impossible. Somebody tried to add SOCKS support to Webtorrent years ago but it never got merged. It looks like that may be enough, so I'm going to try and fix up that work and see if I can get it merged.
