GitHub changed the way Markdown headings are parsed, so this change fixes it.

Ugh. Sorry. I was looking at it just now and I saw that they were messed up so I fixed them on the fly. I knew I had learned about the issue somewhere but forgot about this PR. I didn't realize that I had to be approve and merge a PR separately.

I'm going to close this for now since the change has been made and I added a couple corrections for typo's in the readme.md

My apologies again for losing track of this.
