[Nice to have] Integration with HAM radio cluster #250

Integration with HAM radio clusters (usually telnet-based) to show stations on waterfall. Maybe this is too panadapter-specific and moving away from generic SDR use. Feel free to deny if you think it's not part of your vision for CubicSDR.

This actually sounds like something that could work once the Bookmarks/History or RDS issue is underway; for those I'm going to add some features for labeling things waterfall and showing bookmarks as 'ghosts' which might also work well to display active station data from a cluster.
