3 years ago It turns out that this is a problem with HamPi release 1.2 per the author. I reverted to HamPi rel. 1.1 and CubicSDR opens and functions, but the USB mode still doesn't work. When switching to USB modulation the Squelch bar turns from green to yellow and then to red. No sound waveform in the Scope window. Right clicking or dragging the bar has no effect. The Squelch on LSB, AM and DSB modes workes normally.

I am using Linux HamPI 5.10.17-v71 for my Raspberry Pi 4B. The SDR is an RTL-SDR v3, CubicSDR ver 0.2.6a
When starting CubicSDR in terminal or from the icon, all seems ok with no errors but when I select the Generic RTL2832U OEM:: 00000001 device the app and the terminal abruptly close. CubicSDR ver 0.2.5 ran fine on this same Linux release and RPI4-B for 2 months until he USB mode stopped working, The LSB, AM and DSB modes worked normally. So I re-flashed the SD card and reinstalled it. Then I did all the upgrades and updates to the RPI. The SDR works normally in other programs including GQRX and SDRAngel but CubicSDR fails as described. Could it be the new version? I do not know how to revert to ver 0.2.5 if that could be the problem.
