CubicSDR with SDRPlay3 #900

 With Ubuntu 21.04, CubicSDR stopped working for me as provided by the distro, it core dumps.
 I compiled from sources, sometimes I get audio other times audio fails and I get DemodulatorThread::run() cannot push ati into audioOutputQueue, is full !
 Whether audio works or not, The mouse wheel is changing the frequency digit two at a time, 0-2-4-6, and won't let me go to 1-3-5 directly.
 In Ubuntu 20.10, none of these issues existed.
