Discovered crash on startup cause #920

I was unable to initiate CubicSDR on my Win7 computer. The cause was that my video was set to 16 bit depth for a program that wouldn't run in 32 bit color and the VCRUNTIME140.dll installed with CSDR 2.5 crashes under that condition.

Good to know, but obviously in 21st century OpenGL only 32 bit color is supported. Glad you found the solution. Have fun with CubicSDR !
