Record details of XML generation tools in authorshipRecord #71

The <authorshipRecord> element schema should contain an element that records details on automated tools used to generate the XML.

For example, the <authorshipRecord> itself can be generated by the meta.tools.meta.authorship program so there should be an element option, maybe at the change record level that can identify a program (with an optional version number) that generated the XML. Also consider some extra metadata on how the program may have been called.

Noting that the priority on this issue should probably be higher, because there is now a legitimate code generation tool that builds music data in the schema.
