Enhancement: Auto Stat & Auto Gear Equip on Level

Auto stat:

• Check for Stat/Ability points to spend
• Create Basic JSON for each character type + Custom builds
• Follow the JSON to spend stat/ability points in proper places
• Auto set Ability Hotkeys
• Logging

Auto Gear:

• Select Vault container to monitor for gear upgrades (ONLY PUT ONE PIECE FOR EACH LEVEL INITIALLY)
• Track each piece of gear for entire level process in JSON
• Every 5 levels, check JSON or Vault to see if there is an item upgrade for this level
• Switch items
