Array Offset Error #3

Hello,

I am having trouble with our install. I can get everything in MAMP up and running but when I go to load the site I get the following error.

Any thoughts?

Let me work on it over the weekend/into next week and make a new release that only addresses most of the PHP 8 compatibility issues with v4.0 while I work on the larger rewrite.
