Script is breaking when it encounters customer cert bundles because it uses iControl REST "bash" facility #56

resurrect the sftp/paramiko method for retrieving and possibly for putting certs/keys. If possible, make use of sftp "automatic" when the script fails to get a response using the "bash" method and seeing no response.
