Hi, thank you to everyone for their effort with this project.
I gave up a few years ago on trying to get my two SC210 cameras working without being connected to the cloud services so seeing this recently got me excited! According to this post the user with the same camera got it working https://github.com/cjj25/yi-hack-telnet-root/issues/1
I've tried dropping the contents of Yi-RTS3903N-RTSPServerV03.tar.gz into the root of a FAT32 2gb SD card, updated the WiFi details in the file wpa_supplicant.conf and installed the SD card in the SC210 camera.
The camera does it's initial checks then goes into the annoying continues 2 beeps every few seconds whilst waiting to be setup using the app.
I've also tried putting all of the files in a folder called Factory but this hasn't worked either.
