Kumocloud does not work with from remote network #148

Kumocloud implementation is using local net addressing, which does not work from a remote location:
session settings: thermostat will be reverted for energy consuming deviations (e.g. heat setpoint above schedule setpoint, cool setpoint below schedule setpoint)

connecting to thermostat zone 1 (session:1)... Timeout issuing request http://192.168.86.229/api: HTTPConnectionPool(host='192.168.86.229', port=80): Max retries exceeded with url: /api?m=ee12ab56f1320ae6efdbf6ce0477e419d7046df14f6f87bb017ce1f4fe24d15c (Caused by ConnectTimeoutError(<urllib3.connection.HTTPConnection object at 0x0000024453C85730>, 'Connection to 192.168.86.229 timed out. pykumo.make_pykumos() is accessing via local IP address, will need to use a different library to access only through Kumocloud account.

issue was closed with changes from #150 by mistake, re-opening ticket.
