In the students' chat interface, instructors would like the Courselets system to use color and/or text to label each instructor's chat box according to its content. Currently instructors are doing their own labeling. For example, in his courselet "PCR Courselet" Dr. Gaston Pfluegl uses a colored bar across the top of each chat box: Green for question, Blue for answer, Red for misconception, Orange for remediation. It'll be nice if the Courselets system can do this type of color or text labeling for every courselet automatically, so the instructors don't have to do that by themselves.
