multiple choice UI actually implements multiple-selection #752

traditional multiple-choice is one-of-N. Multiple-selection allows you to pick any number of choices (e.g. "which if any of these statements are true?"). The current student UI allows you to pick any number of choices. I think instructors mainly want multiple-choice.
