Link to discussion and bug reporting forum is invisible to signed in users #19

As far as I can tell, the links to this bug reporting site only appear to visitors to https://selectedpapers.net/ if they are not signed in, which is a bit odd since a large fraction of bugs would only be apparent to signed in users.

thanks for pointing this out. Ill try to include this in the fixes I roll out tonight (midnight, the witching hour!)
