Comments on an arXiv article should be linked to a particular version of that article, by default the "currently available" version (to be made precise). This may not matter for general comments, but this would be helpful when using SPNet for open peer review. Also, arXiv authors could then use SPNet for describing changes from one version to the next: this cannot be done in detail in arXiv itself.
