Added a Xamarin Component definition #23

Hey Carel,

I just added the bits for a Xamarin Component. I hope you merge as this is a good library. The component will allow for promotion and more exposure to other devs.

You should be able to run the BuildComponent build target. It uses the xamarin-component.exe from the Xamarin website (https://components.xamarin.com/submit/xpkg). You will get a new component that you can upload directly.

I removed the Xamarin.Mobile assemblies and use the component. Also, I created separate solutions for each sample - this is what a component expects.
