Match Notifications #47

A user should receive a reddit message when a match is received. The user should be allowed to disable/enable these notifications on his/her dashboard.

  1. A user should be asked on registration whether to allow notifications.
  2. A user should be able to toggle this in their dashboard.
  3. When a user sends a match, send a message to the matched user if he/she has notifications enabled.
  4. When a user accepts a match, send a message to the matched user if he/she has notifications enabled.
