Remove Unresponsive Matches #50

User should be able to remove an unresponsive match.

@hofmana How many days should we remove after? Also, should we just delete the match, and allow the user to match with them again, or block them similar to an a rejection?

@cjmabry I was thinking more along the lines of users can clear their previous matches that haven't responded, not delete them automatically, sorry for the confusion. Even if a user deletes a match from the queue they should still be able to find them in their match history.
