Poll for new pickups in Volunteer pickup fragment #16

After adding pickups as a donor, the volunteer fragment doesn't update with latest pickups.

This now works when switching between navigation drawer tabs. But needs to be hooked up to volunteer pickupRequestDetailFragment onAccept function.
