After requesting a pickup, Request Pickup tab UI should change

Crouton should possibly appear from the bottom.
"Set Pickup Location" button should change to "Cancel Pickup Request".
Perhaps drop a pin on the map to indicate outstanding pickup request.
This of course means that a user may only have one request outstanding at one time (like lyft and uber et al). Do we want this limitation?
