The logs say it can't find where Plex is installed for some reason. You can manually specify the location in the settings.
EDIT: I fixed my issue by fully uninstalling Plex Service Tray and deleting the Plex Service folder from C:\Users\
I have this same issue and the Service Settings option in the tray app won't let me click Save after specifying the location of the Plex Server exe.
The settings dialog must not be checking for changes on the location to enable the save button. I'll investigate.
Where is plex installed that it can't find it?
It checks the registry to get the path and tries some defaults, like program files.

Yeah its installed on D:\Plex. I created a symbolic link for the installation to the default location but its a bit shit that you can't specify the location.
Plex updater failed, installed manually with different user now the plex service starts and says its running but only as a service. If I run the plex server exe manually it works fine, but trying to use the service seems to be dead. Any advice or way i can work out what the fuck is going on would be awesome.
