Need to create the netapp_config role in order to handle pre-ip, post-ip, and post-deployment configuration (and any potential re-configuration necessary down the line)
Per the collection's README.MD, this is the current top level description of said role:
Configure initial IP of netapp
Configure/deploy netapp/ontap with official netapp modules
In order to simulate development of this role, someone will need access to an OnTap Select VM, which can provision the NetApp simulator for testing at least the post-ip configuration of NetApp/OnTap
